Whilst we provide instruction on the use of your new AV equipment at the time of installation we realise you may have a few questions down the track.  For this reason we provide after sales service for all of the equipment that we install.

Should you have any difficulty with the operation of any of the equipment that we have installed, we are always happy to answer your questions.  You can phone or send an email to us at anytime.

In the event of any operational difficulties that can’t be resolved over the phone we can arrange a prompt service call to your premises to diagnose the problem further.  Our qualified technician will then advise the best course of action, which may involve explanation of how to use the equipment correctly, diagnosis and repair of a fault on site, replacement of the equipment , or assistance with return of equipment to suppliers for warranty repair.

Whether you need a one off service check of your AV equipment, a refresher course on how to operate your AV system or an annual on-site service agreement, we can help you to keep your equipment functioning as perfectly as it was on the day that it was installed.

We also offer a special service for the care and maintenance of your projectors. The service includes cleaning of the filters, image alignment, signal test and checking of cabling and connectors at the projector.  Where necessary we can also arrange for the replacement of the lamp/bulb in the projector.  We will happily visit you to check a single projector or to service all of the projectors in your facility.
