Upper Hunter Conservatorium of Music

At UHCM in Muswellbrook, We were contracted to come up with a new lighting rig, we added 6 additional 100w LED front wash fresnels and re-arrange lighting currently in the venue.We also installed 2 profile spots. 8x new combination, Warm & Cool White 50w Fresnels above the musicians, brightness and colour temperature is all controlled remotely via DMX.
Coffs Harbour War memorial Pool Installation
At the Coffs Harbour War Memorial Pool our client needed to upgrade there existing P.A. system, With school swimming carnivals coming up what thay had wasnt cutting it. The old bull horns were removed and weather proof speakers were installed with new cabling to cover the pool, grand stand, kids play area and outdoor sunbaking area. all up so far 8x 8" full range speakers, 6x 6" full range speakers were installed with a couple of powerfull crown amplifiers to drive it.
Big Banana Ice Rink
Our Long Time Client wanted some good lights in there Ice Rink to shine on there mirror balls in the Ice rink. There was only 1 choice for this effect to really make them POP.... Sharpy Beams ! While we were runnig all the cable we also installed a new sound system consisting of 12x 8" full range weatherproof speakers. Aslo we installed new Crown amplifiers, a hight output Martin JEM ZR25 fogger and a PC based Sunlite DMX controller that runs the whole show.
School Interactive Displays
We were Contracted by a Sydney comapny that won a contract to install hundreds of interactive large screen displays into schools. We ended up doing hundreds of screens in dozens of public schools up and down the coast. These screens also had a powerfull mini PC mounted to them with wirless control with internet access and a mobile stand that has a motorised height adjustment.
Custom Made Special Effects - Dry Ice Effect
Another one of our long time clients at the Butterfy House on the north coast, came to us with some crazy ideas... One of them was a Dry Ice or heavy fog effect he wanted outdoors around his Robotic Dinosours... Dry Ice is not cheep escpecially if you want that effect running 8 hours a day outdoors ! So we took on the challenge..... Kirk, Our special effects expert and the companys founder didnt let this beat him, he made a couple prototypes befor getting the final design that was made 100% in-house by us. additionaly It had to be fully automated, turn key operation and operates from PIR sensors that detect movement.. check out the photos.
